Where the evidence actually holds up

I’m not going to pretend every ingredient on these labels has the same evidence behind it, because it doesn’t. Ashwagandha has the strongest recent human data of the group: a systematic review in Cureus analyzed multiple randomized trials and concluded ashwagandha has a moderate positive impact on stress reduction and cognitive performance.
